Why am I Doing This?
The support for Private Label and its sister brands has been phenomenal since we first got started in 2014. I had nothing when starting this business. No money. No Credit. Just an idea.
This hair business has taken me places I never thought I would go. Around the world and back!
If you read my book, Fearless Beauty, you would know my "Why" for my business is to help others be successful in the beauty industry. I dedicate almost all my time doing so.

The Private Label team is SO EXCITED to go to the Bronner Bros hair show in New Orleans. Many of the team members going will be visiting NOLA for the first time.
I think this travel and event experience would elevate anyone looking to grow their hair business. Being able to bring someone outside of our organization, possibly you, is so rewarding and exciting!

Good morning Mikey,
I am so excited for this opportunity. I know that this would be a great opportunity for me. I’ve struggled to find my purpose in life and finally at 32 I’ve realized that my passion is all this beauty. I got licensed during Covid and have been building behind the chair ever since then. I’ve take a lot of time to develop my craft and feel that this opportunity will help me connect the dots as a stylist and creative. To see the beauty industry outside of Killeen, Tx where I reside would be awesome to bring back that knowledge. I pride myself in integrity and feel that networking with the stylist community helps build my growth. As I push myself to create content for myself and other stylist I feel that this opportunity will help full realize my ideas and help me elevate as a stylist. Hi Mikey! I am excited that Bronner Bros are able to put on a show this year. I recently started working on my beauty business after years of just trying to get things right. I am still very new to this industry but I am yearning to learn more and more. This trip would allow me to be immersed in a world of all things beauty and allow me to gain so much inspiration and insight to help me better understand the art and business of hair and beauty. The chance to be around beauty gurus from all over, GOATS in the industry, and seeing new products and ideas is more than any new small beauty business owner could ever ask for. My WHY is for all of the above plus personal reasons I don’t wish to mention. I can’t say I’m the most deserving of this opportunity after reading all these other testimonies, but I do feel that attending this event would prove extremely beneficial to my growth as a new beauty business owner.
